CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 sm. Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
Cheddar and Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli and spread in baking dish. Melt Velveeta and pour over broccoli in dish. Mix in medium bowl cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and enough Worcestershire sauce to "make it a little brown". Mix this sauce with chicken then pour it over the broccoli and cheese. Put grated Cheddar cheese on this and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
