TINA'S CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 whole chicken
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 head fresh, cooked and broken into pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Buttered bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil chicken. When cool enough to handle, skin and bone chicken and cut into pieces. Mix soup, mayonnaise and seasonings together. Stir chicken pieces into half of the mixture. Place on bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish, then layer broccoli and rest of soup on top, put buttered bread crumbs and grated cheese on top as final layer. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
