CHICKEN BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
4 chicken breasts
1 c. white sauce (3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Parboil breasts (until tender) and broccoli separately. Put layer of broccoli in casserole, sprinkle 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese over broccoli. Put in chicken. Add remaining ingredients to white sauce and pour over casserole. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Makes 4 large servings.
