CHICKEN 'N' BROCCOLI DINNER 
2 lb. broccoli
2 c. med. white sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. thickly sliced cooked chicken
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. crushed cereal flakes

Grease a shallow, 2 quart casserole. Cut large leaves and any woody stalks from broccoli. Wash, soak and boil (loosely covered) for 8 to 10 minutes or until stalks are barely tender. meanwhile, prepare 2 cups of medium white sauce. Remove sauce from heat and stir in the lemon juice and Worcestershire. Set sauce aside. Now arrange the 2 1/2 cups of chicken in the casserole. Drain broccoli and arrange over chicken in casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over broccoli. Turn sauce into casserole. Mix remainder of cheese with cereal and cover casserole with this mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and mixture is heated. Serves 6.

Note: this can also be made with asparagus.
