CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
20 oz. broccoli
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook, drain, and chop broccoli. Set aside. In small pan cook butter and onions until transparent. Add flour and blend.

In large pan add milk, chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Add butter mixture then add broccoli. When soup is heated add cheese and melt.
