BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. fresh jumbo shrimp in shell
1 c. olive oil
1 c. dry sherry
1 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed

INGREDIENTS FOR BUTTER SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Butter Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and keep warm until shrimp is ready.

Marinade: Combine all ingredients for marinade and set in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Then shell and devein shrimp. Cook over hot charcoal fire for 2 to 3 minutes a side or just until barely cooked. Serve with butter sauce.
