BARBECUE SHRIMP 
5 lbs. med. to lg. headless shrimp
Black pepper
Salt
1/2 lb. butter
6 tbsp. barbecue seasoning spice
2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1 c. lemon juice concentrate
4 bay leaves
1 tbsp. red pepper
3/4 c. olive oil
4 tbsp. garlic powder or 4 toes garlic

Place shrimp in large pan with bay leaves between shrimp. Salt to taste. Sprinkle black pepper on heavily and add the red pepper.

SAUCE: Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and pour over raw shrimp. Bake 30 minutes or more.
