NEW ORLEANS STYLE BARBECUE
SHRIMP
 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
2 lbs. raw shrimp in the shell
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lemons, sliced

Place shrimp in a 3-quart oblong dish. Arrange onions on shrimp. Mix remaining ingredients except lemons and pour over shrimp. Squeeze lemon slices on shrimp and arrange them on top of shrimp. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, uncovered. Taste to see if done.
