BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. unpeeled, uncooked shrimp
1 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. beer
2 bay leaves, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Black pepper to taste

Place shrimp in single layer in flat pan. Melt butter and add all ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Boil 10 minutes, turning once. Serve in butter sauce with French bread for dipping. Serves 4.
