TORTELLINI VEGETABLE SALAD 
9 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
2 c. purchased marinated mixed vegetables (from the deli), undrained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.

In large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, marinated vegetables and cheese; toss to combine. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Ten 1/2 cup servings.
