QUICK SHRIMP AND CLAM SAUCE FOR
PASTA
 
Heat in skillet:

6 tbsp. olive

Add:

3 minced cloves garlic

Cook gently 5 minutes and add:

3/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. or 1 can minced clams with liquid
1/2 lb. shelled raw shrimp, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/8 tsp. oregano

Heat until bubbling and the shrimp is pink. Serve at once over hot pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
