CORN SOUFFLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients at once. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
