3 lg. cans white hominy (drain 1 hour)
2 c. grated Jack cheese
Accent, salt and pepper to taste
2 sm. cans green chilies, diced
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 10.
