GREAT CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Flour
Egg
Bread crumbs
Mushrooms
1/2 c. whipping cream
Little brandy

Dip chicken in flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in butter until brown. Put on foil-covered cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake to 10-15 minutes. Serves 2.

SAUCE:

Saute fresh mushrooms in butter, add 1/2 cup whipping cream, a little brandy. Cook until blended. Pour over baked chicken on dinner plate.
