GREAT CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water

Cook ground beef in Dutch oven until all pink is gone. Drain all grease. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until onion is transparent. Add all other ingredients and cook over low heat, covered, for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally. May be cooked in pressure cooker at 15 pound pressure for 10 minutes. Serves 8.
