SAUERKRAUT SLAW 
1 can kraut, undrained
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
A little pimento (optional)

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover tightly. Chill overnight in the refrigerator. Stir before serving.
