MEXICAN COLESLAW 
Chop:

Cabbage
Onion
Green pepper
Pimento

Blend:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar

Pour over cabbage mix. Blend.
