9 DAY COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 c. salad oil
2 med. onions
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 sm. jar pimento
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sugar

In a large bowl shred cabbage, onion and pepper. Add 2 cups sugar; blend well. Set aside. In a small saucepan, mix oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir and let cool. Refrigerate covered. Drain well before serving. The more it sets, the better it gets!
