TWENTY ONE DAY COLESLAW 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 med. cabbages, sliced not shredded
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle sugar over cut cabbage, onion and pepper. Let set for 1/2 hour. Boil salt, oil, vinegar, celery seed and pour over cabbage while still boiling. Mix well and let sit until cool. Eat or refrigerate. It is better every day and I'll bet you won't be able to make it last 21 days, delicious.
