TUNA LOAF | |
2 cups saltine crackers, crushed up (1 sleave equals 1 cup) 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans tuna in oil (don't drain oil) 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (8 oz.) pkg shredded cheese In large bowl mix soup, tuna, eggs and crushed crackers. Put in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top put back in over for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
