PARMESAN TOMATOES 
2 large tomatoes
3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 tbsp. fresh basil, snipped
1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
dash of pepper

Remove stems from the tomatoes and halve crosswise. Place, cut side up, in a small baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato tops.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 4 servings.
