WEIGHT WATCHERS SAN FRANCISO
CRAB ROLLS
 
Mix together:

12 oz. crab meat
4 oz. shredded cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. Weight Watchers reduced calorie whipped salad dressing
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Divide equally and spread onto 8 bialy bun halves. Broil. Serves 4. 4 protein, 2/3 cup bread, 1 fat and 6 optional calories.
