HOT CRAB ROLLS | |
1 lb. lump crab meat or 2 to 3 cans 1 c. diced celery 1/4 c. diced onion 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise 12 to 18 rolls 1/4 c. butter, melted Combine first 4 ingredients, fold in mayonnaise. Slice rolls in half. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter. Fill with crabmeat mixture. Wrap each separately in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
