HOT CRAB ROLLS 
1 lb. lump crab meat or 2 to 3 cans
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
12 to 18 rolls
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients, fold in mayonnaise. Slice rolls in half. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter. Fill with crabmeat mixture. Wrap each separately in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Didn't have Swiss but had hard Parmesan and used some good old Old Bay and It was fabulous. Thank you for the idea. Jeff
