CREAM CHEESE ROLLS | |
2 loaves thin white sandwich bread Melted butter Cinnamon & sugar mix FILLING #1: Cheese 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk Mix well. FILLING #2: Fruit Use pie filling. Put in blender first. (Use something that won't run all over when baked.) Cut crust from slices of sandwich bread (about 2 loaves). Roll each slice very thin with rolling pin. Spread 1/3 of the slice with filling and roll up. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When ready to use, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. After frozen, store in Ziplock bags until ready to use. |
