BARBECUE HASH 
3 lb. stew beef, cooked
2 med. chopped onions
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
4 tsp. mustard
2 thick slices lemon or lemon juice

Simmer above for about 20 minutes. Add 1 cup catsup and 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 45 more minutes.
