WILD RICE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked
3 c. wild rice, cooked
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (drain excess water)
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sliced green onions
4-6 slices bacon, crisp

Combine all above ingredients, then add dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, mushed

Mix these ingredients. Put in a container and shake, then pour over wild rice mixture and mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. I usually double this recipe so there is leftovers during the holidays. Well worth the wait and work.
