2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs 3 tbsp. water Beat together eggs and water, then put with flour until dough forms. Put on flat surface with 1/2 cup flour (may need more flour to make a stiff dough not sticky). Roll dough thin and cut into strips any width. Put in 2 quart or more chicken broth from baby chicken. Cook low 1 hour or until tender. Can add some butter to broth and salt and pepper to taste. (Make sure dough is rolled on flat surface so dough won't stick when rolling it.) |
