LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef (I use 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Lasagne noodles
1 carton cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Brown ground beef, onion, pepper and celery in large skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook about 6 lasagna noodles according to package directions. Put in bottom of 9x12 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over noodles and add 1 carton cottage cheese (stir in slightly); 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
