E-Z MOIST CHICKEN 
2 to 3 lbs. chicken parts
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Place in plastic bag with bread crumbs. Shake to coat well. For best results, shake 1-2 pieces at a time. Place on baking pan, with rack, and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
