MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler fryer chicken, cut in parts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs

Brush all chicken parts on all sides with mayonnaise. Put bread crumbs in plastic bag. Put chicken in bread crumbs, one piece at a time, shake to coat. Place in shallow baking dish or on cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and tender. 4 to 6 servings.
