CHOCOLATE TOFFEE BARS 
1 c. white syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

FROSTING:

1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix syrup and sugar in pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Mix well and add cereal. Spread into well greased 9 x 13 pan.

Melt chips in double broiler. After chips are melted and vanilla and butter. Spread over mixture.
