BEEF AND SWISS QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (4 oz.) jar mushroom slices, drained
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 drops hot sauce (optional)

Partially bake pastry shell 10 minutes. Cool. Combine browned ground beef, mushrooms, and cheese in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add to ground beef mixture; stir to blend. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and center is set. Cool on wire rack 10 minute before slicing.
