BEEF QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
1/2 - 1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whole milk or half & half
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped scallions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Brown beef; drain. Beat eggs; blend in mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Stir in onions, beef and cheese. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and puffy, about 45 to 50 minutes. Serve 4 to 6.
