BEEF QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
1/2-1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whole milk or half & half
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped scallions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Brown beef, drain. Beat eggs; blend in mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Stir in onions, beef and cheese. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and puffy, about 45-50 minutes. Serves 4-6.
