CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, cut in half
6-oz. can orange juice concentrate, defrosted
2 c. sugar
1 c. bananas, mashed (3 med.)
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cranberries with orange juice and sugar. Let stand while preparing other ingredients, stirring occasionally.

Mix eggs, butter, vanilla and bananas. Add nuts and dry ingredients. Add to cranberry mixture and mix until moist.

Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake for 20 minutes with an aluminum foil cover over them.

Remove foil, and bake 50 minutes longer or until wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
