SALMON LOAF | |
2 (1 lb.) cans salmon 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. minced onion 2 tsp. salt (opt.) 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. milk 4 c. soft bread crumbs Break salmon apart with a fork. Add beaten eggs, onions, salt and pepper and milk and blend. Add the bread crumbs and mix well. Bake in a large greased loaf pan in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
