WHIMPIE BURGERS 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Ketchup (enough to cover)

Brown onion in butter in large fry pan. Add meat, salt and pepper and fry slowly until browned good, breaking it up with a fork. Shake ketchup from bottle to cover real well. Stir over low heat a couple more minutes to blend. Serve on buns with mayonnaise, pickles, sliced onion, lettuce (your choice of these or other condiments).

Make a little or a lot; easy to accommodate any size group!
