MEAT-POTATO BURGER 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 med. potatoes, peeled and shredded
1 med. onion, shredded
16 oz. can tomatoes with juice
2 tbsp. flour

Crumble ground beef in bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon flour, potatoes, and onions. Mix well and shape into medium balls. Heat one tablespoon oil in frying pan, brown patties quickly on both sides, remove to platter, keep warm. Pour off excess fat, saving 1 tablespoon. Add 1 tablespoon flour to frying pan, stir until light brown. Add tomatoes, burgers, cover and cook on low heat 30 minutes or until done.
