THAT BLUEBERRY THING 
8 oz. lemon yogurt
1 tsp. lemon zest
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, well drained
1 c. XXX flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter

Place blueberries in 9"x9" baking pan or 9" cake pan.

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut butter into this mixture until coarse and crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Cool and serve with lemon yogurt and lemon zest mixture. Very easy and quick.
