DIP FOR RAW VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. onion, chopped finely
2 tsp. paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tsp. caraway seeds
3/4 c. sour cream

Cream butter and cheese in bowl. Add remaining ingredients except crudites. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Serve with crudites, cauliflower, carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, squash or other vegetables you like. Makes 2 cups.
