CUCUMBER YOGURT SALAD 
2 lg. or 4 sm. pickling cucumbers
1 1/2 c. yogurt (or 1 c. yogurt and 1/2 c. sour cream)
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 to 1/4 c. dried or fresh mint, chopped finely

Slice the cucumbers thinly and place in a serving bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and taste. Add as much garlic salt and mint as you like. Serves about 4-6. Good with lamb dishes especially baked kibbee.
