SPANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten

Mix flour, brown and white sugars, nutmeg, salt and oil. Reserve 3/4 cup. Add nuts and cinnamon to reserved portion for topping. To first mixture add buttermilk, soda, and beaten egg. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
