HAMBURGER-RICE FAVORITE 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken and rice soup
2 c. water
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms
Minute Rice

Brown hamburger, onion and celery in large pot. Remove grease. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and heat to boiling. Add Minute Rice (1 cup or more to thicken). Let simmer for 1/2 hour. Serve with applesauce and vegetables!
