PRALINE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Maple syrup and pecan halves

Heat oven 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar, butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar and flour mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture over crumbs. Bake 50 to 55 minutes loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves.
