PRALINE ICE CREAM CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. (2 c.) vanilla ice cream, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan and remove from heat; add ice cream. Add eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and crackers. Mix until smooth. Pour in sprayed 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine sour cream and caramel topping. Pour over warm cake. Top with nuts. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
