POTATO SOUP W/SOUR CREAM 
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
Minced parsley

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook together for 20 minutes. Add cream and cook until potatoes are tender. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
