SOUR CREAM POTATO SOUP | |
Cut 2 medium potatoes in small pieces. Cook in about 4 cups of water; when potatoes are cooked, put in 1 can of green beans. In frying pan, fry 1/2 pound sliced bacon, diced. Fry until crispy. Drain off grease, put about 1/2 stick of butter. Let it melt in this bacon. Put off grease, put about 1/2 stick of butter. Let it melt in this bacon; put in 4 tablespoons of flour, stir until golden brown. Add 1 pint of sour cream; mix well; add 1 jigger vinegar. Stir into above; add seasoning; mix well. |
