EASY APPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
3 apples, peeled, pared & sliced

TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together first 5 ingredients, put half of mixture in a greased and flowered Bundt or 10 inch tube pan. Spread half of apples on top and cover with half of topping mixture. Put remaining batter over top and repeat procedure with apples and topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 30 minutes.
