FUDGY BROWNIE 
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. boiling water (measuring acurately)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl. Blend in 1/3 cup oil. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 cup oil; stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt, blend completely. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan or 2 (8 inch) square pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-4 minutes for 9 x 13 inc pan, 30-32 minutes for square pan. Cool; frost if desired.
