CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. crabmeat (or 1, 7 1/2 oz. can)
8 oz. dices Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 unbaked pastry shell

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Gently stir in the next 3 ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the middle and edge of the pan comes out clean. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
